How Crewnum’s weekly team trivia works
Crewnum is a weekly trivia game about your own team. Everyone adds a few true facts about themselves, and every Friday morning a short quiz arrives by email asking whose fact is whose. It runs itself: no app, no passwords, and nobody has to organise it.

1
Start a team
Enter a team name and your work email. There is no password to choose and nothing to install — the sign-in link arrives by email. It takes about two minutes.
-
2
Share one join link
Drop the team’s join link wherever your team already talks. Colleagues open it, add their name and work email, and they are in. Crewnum never emails anyone who has not joined.

Everyone adds a few facts
Each person gets their own page and adds true facts about themselves — typed, a photo, or up to fifteen seconds of video or voice. Every empty slot offers an idea for anyone who is stuck, like “the worst job you have ever had”.

The quiz lands on Friday morning
Each week Crewnum builds a quiz from the team’s facts and emails it out on Friday morning, in the team’s own time zone. Every question shows one fact and asks: whose is it?

Play, then see the board
No timer, no pressure. Your score appears the moment you finish, with the team leaderboard for that quiz and for all time.
Nobody has to run it
There is no schedule to set, no reminders to send and no host. Facts are reused over time, so the quiz keeps coming week after week without anyone topping it up. If someone has not added a fact yet, they still play and guess; they are just not one of the answers that week. Crewnum never chases people and never reports to a manager on who has taken part.
Team against team
Several teams in the same organisation can form a league and play a shared round every two weeks, drawn from facts across all of them. Leagues can go on to a Summit, a bigger competition with a round every four weeks. Neither costs anything on top of a team.
Who it is for
- Remote and hybrid teams who rarely share a room, and do not want another meeting.
- Growing teams, where new starters need a way to get to know people beyond their job titles.
- Teams spread across offices or time zones — each person plays whenever suits them.
