What we collect
Names, work email addresses, the facts and photos members voluntarily share, and quiz scores. That's it — no tracking pixels, no ad networks, no selling data.
How it's used
Solely to run your team's weekly trivia: generating quizzes, sending the emails your team signed up for, and showing leaderboards to your own group. Facts and photos are visible only within your group.
Deletion
When an admin removes a member, their facts and photos are permanently deleted. Score history is anonymized. To delete an entire group, contact us at privacy@crewnum.com.
Every trivia email includes an unsubscribe link. Billing notices to admins are transactional. Email delivery is handled by Resend; payments by Stripe. We never see your card details.
